BanG Dream! YUME∞MITA unveiled a preview for Episode 7 on Tuesday. The episode is set to stream on Thursday, July 30 at 11:00 PM JST. Titled “Turning over a new leaf,” the episode’s synopsis follows:
At that moment, a single person was selected.
Beyond that, the scene shifts just a tiny bit.
However, that does not guarantee a smooth outcome.
Akiko Waba (Ave Mujica: The Die is Cast) is penning the episode’s script, helmed by Tomoko Nezu (Detectives These Days Are Crazy!) and Daichi Omori (Argonavis from Bang Dream! Animation). The storyboards are created by Hiroshi Morita (D4DJ First Mix) and Tsutomu Endou (Bang Dream! It’s MyGo!!!!!).
Mugendai Mewtype (Yumemita) is comprised of five female virtual YouTubers: Nakamachi Arale (vocals), Miyanaga Nonoka (lead guitar), Minetsuki Ritsu (rhythm guitar), Fuji Miyako (keyboard), and Sengoku Yuno (DJ). It stands as the sole ensemble among the franchise’s ten principal groups lacking both a bassist and a drummer. NICHICALINE provides the animation production, with character designs by Osamu Nobusawa and Mochipuyo.
Muse Asia characterizes the series as:
“Waaaaaah!!” Rushed into an unexpected debut, each member possesses a flicker of distinct talent, yet they are utterly unprepared to form a functioning band. Can these girls—and their group—truly endure this!? “When the music halts, keep fighting on.”
